WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14
    days. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, i.e. from the day the
    order is submitted or the subscription is taken out.

1.2 Only a consumer has this right. A customer who orders as a business does not have
    the right of withdrawal under this information.

2. HOW TO WITHDRAW

2.1 Online: click Withdraw from the contract here
    (https://marketingexpress.app/odstoupeni) (you will find it in the footer of every page
    and in your account), fill in or confirm your name, the order or subscription and the
    e-mail address for the confirmation, and submit with the “Confirm withdrawal from the
    contract” button. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without undue
    delay, including its content and the date and time it was sent.

2.2 By e-mail or letter: send us an unequivocal statement to support@tradixapp.com or to
    the address Tradix app s.r.o., Jana Zajíce 924/16, Bubeneč, 170 00 Praha 7. You may use
    the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

2.3 The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal before it expires.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1 We will refund all payments we have received from you under the contract without
    undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal.
    We will use the same means of payment as you used for the payment, unless you have
    expressly agreed to a different method. You will not incur any further costs as a
    result.

3.2 From the refunded amount, we will deduct a proportionate part of the price for what
    we have already performed at your request up to the moment of withdrawal (Article 4).

4. COMMENCEMENT OF PERFORMANCE AND LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1 By ticking a box before submitting the order, you expressly request that we start
    working on the order immediately, i.e. before the withdrawal period expires, and you
    acknowledge the consequences set out in this Article.

4.2 The right of withdrawal lapses once we have completely delivered all the ordered
    results to you, i.e. made them available for download (§ 1837(a) and (l) of Act No.
    89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (občanský zákoník)).

4.3 If you withdraw earlier, you will pay a proportionate part of the price (§ 1834 of
    the Civil Code): the price of the items already delivered according to the order summary
    and, for items in progress, the part of the price corresponding to the work done. If we
    have not yet started working on the order, we will refund the full price.

4.4 Subscription: if you withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out,
    we will refund the price paid, reduced by the value, according to the price list, of the
    orders we have already processed or are processing under the plan, but no more than the
    price paid. The subscription then ends.
