YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

RIGHT OF ACCESS (ART. 15 GDPR) AND RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY (ART. 20)

You can find out what data we process about you and obtain a copy of them in a
machine-readable format. In your account, click “Download my data”: you will receive a JSON
file with data about your account, orders, messages, Brand Voice and consents. You can
download the files (materials and results) for each project.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION (ART. 16)

You can correct inaccurate data yourself in your account (phone, Brand Voice); we will
correct the rest on request.

RIGHT TO ERASURE (ART. 17)

You can delete your account yourself with the “Delete account” button (you enter your
password to confirm). We immediately remove materials, results, Brand Voice, documents,
messages and contact details. We keep only what we must retain by law (the number, price,
payment and dates of orders for accounting) and the record of consents given in case of a
dispute, for the period stated in the privacy policy
(https://marketingexpress.app/legal/privacy).

If you have an order in progress or an active subscription, the deletion will wait until we
complete the order or until you cancel the subscription, as the case may be. Download your
results before deleting; deletion cannot be undone.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING (ART. 18)

If you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, you need the data for a
legal claim, or you have objected to the processing, you can ask us only to store the data
and not to otherwise work with them.

RIGHT TO OBJECT (ART. 21)

You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (protection against
misuse, defence of claims). We will stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling
legitimate grounds that override your interests, or unless the processing is for the
establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING (ART. 22)

You are not subject to any decision based solely on automated processing that would have
legal effects on you. AI tools create content according to your brief; they do not make
decisions about you.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

Write to support@tradixapp.com from the e-mail address you registered with; otherwise we may
ask you to verify your identity so that no one else can access your data.

We will handle your request without undue delay, within one month at the latest. In complex
cases, this period may be extended by a further two months; we will inform you of this in
good time. Handling a request is free of charge; for manifestly unfounded or repetitive
requests, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request.

COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the
Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora
727/27, 170 00 Praha 7, https://uoou.gov.cz. We would be glad if you contacted us first — we
resolve most matters straight away.
